YNGWIE MALMSTEEN Denies Tour Rumors

Malmsteen Management, who represent Swedish guitar legend YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, have issued the following statement via the guitarist's official web site:

"There have been numerous rumors that Yngwie Malmsteen will be playing and taking part in various concert tours [including a possible tour called Ultimate Guitar Experience with Yngwie, Uli Jon Roth, and Al Di Meola and a tour called Legends of Rock with Yngwie, Uli Jon Roth, Jack Bruce, and others]. We at Malmsteen Management have no knowledge of these bookings and have not booked Yngwie to play in any of these shows. Malmsteen Management would like to clarify that at this present time, Yngwie will be touring to promote his album Attack only, so look out for tour dates in the near future. Tour dates will be announced at the official www.yngwie.org site first. Yngwie is very much looking forward to seeing you all on the Attack tour."
